Ingredientes :
- 850 gr. de novilho
- 2 dentes de alho
- 2 cebolas
- 1 dl. de azeite
- 1 folha de louro
- 1 c(sopa) de polpa de tomate
- 1dl. de vinho branco
- 7 dl de àgua
- 300 gr. de massa (lacinhos)
- 200 gr. de ervilhas
- Sal e pimenta e cominhos
Preparação :
Corte a carne em cubos e tempere com sal, pimenta e cominhos.
Pique os alhos e as cebolas e refogue-os no azeite com o louro.
Adicione a carne e deixe refogar.
Junte a polpa de tomate e o vinho.
Regue com àgua e ferva.
Réctifique os temperos, acrescente a massa e as ervilhas, coza por 10 minutos.
Sirva a carne.
