Ingredientes :
- 3 ovos
- 1 c. (sopa) de farinha
- Salsa
- 1 cebola
- 1 lata de atum
- Sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Comese por preparer os ingredients, pique a salsa para dentro de um recipiente, pique igualmente a cebola, junte-a à salsa, adicione os tres ovos, a farinha, o atum e tempere com sal e pimento.
Bata todos estes ingredients com um batedor de varas durante alguns minutes.
Leve a lume brando uma certa com oleo.
Quando o oleo estiver quente, adicone com ajuda de uma colher , pequenas porções da massa.
Deixe dourar dos dois lados, retire e coloque-as em papel absorvente para ficrem bem sequinhas do oleo.
Pode servir acompanhadas de um arrozinho( eu decidi fazer sandes com as pataniscas)
