Ingredientes :
- Restos do bacalhau cozido, com batatas cozidas , couve ou grelos e cenoura.
Preparação :
Coloque uma certã ao lume brando com azeite e alho picado.
Verta dentro os restos, corte as batatas em pequenos pedaços, desfaça as postas de bacalhau em lascas, e corte os legumes verdes com ajuda de uma tesora.
Envolva tudo muito bem , acrescente sal se necessàrio , adicione um pouco de pimenta e envolva tudo até ficar bem quente.
Sirva de emediato.
