Ingredientes :
- 240 gr. de farinha
- 150 gr. de açucar
- 1 colher de sopa de fermento
- 2 ovos
- 4 colheres de sopa de margarina derretida
- 170 gr. de gostas de chocolate
- 1 colher de sobremesa de essência de baunilha
- 200 gr. de morangos cortados.
Preparação :
Pré-aquecer o forno a 180°C
Barrar e polvilhar a forma a cake.
Juntar num recipiente a farinha,açucar e o fermento, envolver tudo.
Num outro recipiente, bater os ovos com a margarina, o leite ae a essência de baunilha.
Juntar os ingredients liquidos aos solidos e envolver muito bém para obter uma massa homogénea.
Adicionar as gotas de chocolate e os morangos à preparação , envolver novamente tudo muito bém.
Verter na forma e levar ao forno durante 1 hora a 1h30.(espetar um palito, se ele sair seco o cake està optimo) retirar do forno e esperar 5 minutos antes de desformar.
Pode também decorar com um pouco de chocolate branco ou preto derretido ou geleia de morangos , deixar escorrer por cima do cake.(esta opção fica gosto proprio)
