Ingredientes :
- 1 Massa quebrada
- 1 litro de leite
- 180 gr. de açucar
- 120 gr. de maïzena
- 3 ovos
- 2 cc de café de essência de baunilha
- 1 lata grande de alperces
Preparação :
Aquecer o leite juntamente com o açucar.
Durante esse tempo ocupamo-nos de misturar os ovos com a baunilha 1 copo de leite e a maizena ; mexendo tudo muito bém.
Quando o leite doce estiver quente adiciona-lo à preparação anterior e envolvendo durante 1 minuto, depois passa resta preparação para um tacho e levar a lume brando até engrossar, retirar do lume e reservar.
Barrar o fundo de uma forma com margarina e polvilhar com farinha, comvém que seja uma forma altinha pois o FLAN cresce muito.
Colocar os alperces bém enxugadinhos no fundo da forma.
Verter no interior da forma por cima dos alperces a preparação do flan e lever ao forno durante 45 minutos ( quando espetar um palito e não sair crème liquido o flan està cozido) em geral um flan leva um tempinho no forno.
Quando sair do forno deixar arrefecer e colocar no figorifico até ao momento de server, comvém comer fresco.
