Ingredientes :
- 8 batatas
- 1 dl.de azeite
- 8 fatias de presunto
- 4 bifes do novilho
- 4 dentes de alho
- 1 c. (de sopa) de mostarda
- 1 dl.de vinho branco
- 60 gr. de manteiga
- Oleo,sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Descasque as batatas, corte-as em rodelas grossas e frite-as letamente em oleo.
Escorra-as sobre papel absorvente, tempere com sal e reserve-as quentes.
Leve o azeite ao lume, frite o presunto e retire-o.
Junte os bifes e frite-os uniformemente.
Retire-os e tempere-os com sal e pimenta.
Acrescente os aolhos esmagados à gordura e và fritando.
Adicione a mostarda, refresque com o vinho, reduza e retire du lume.
Junte a manteiga e mexa sem parar.
Rectifique os temperos e sirva sobre os bifes.
Acompanhe-os com as batatas e o presunto.
