Ingredientes
- 2 febras panadas
- 250 gr. de arroz
- 1 cenoura raspada
- 1 alho frances tb raspado (como a cenoura)
- 2 ovos
- 1 c. sopa de margarina
- Salsa
- Sal e pimenta
Preparação :
Coloque uma panelinha ao lume com un pouquinho de oleo so a barrar o fundo do tacho, verta o arroz e deixe cozinhar 3 segundos , sem esquecer de mexer constantemente, adicione a agua e deixe cozer.
Entretanto numa certa coloque a margarina e adicione a cenoura ralada e o alho frances, deixe cozer 10 minutos sem esquecer de envolver de vez em quanto, ao fim dos 10 minutos retire e reserve.
Quanto o arroz estiver cozido junte-lhe a cenoura com o alho frances e envolva bem e reserve.
Corte as febras panadas aos cubos , coloque uma outra certa em lume brando com a margarina e adicione os cubos das febras e deixe aquecer.
Numa outra certa frite os dois ovos, corte-os igualmente em bocadinhos muito pequenos.
à certa que contem as febras adicione o arroz e os ovos estrelados a salsa o sal e pimenta envolva tudo novamente e sirva de emidiato.
