Ingredientes :
- 1 massa folhada
- 4 pêssegos
- 100gr. de açucar
- 100 gr. de amendoa em po
- 2 ovos
- 3 c. de creme fraiche( em venda no intermaché)
- 50 gr. de amendoa laminada
- 2 saquinhos de açucar baunilha
- Açucar glacé
Preparação :
Pré-aquecer o forno a 7° th
Descasque os pêssegos e corte-os em laminas grossinhas e reserve.
Barre com margarina e polvilhe com farinha a tarteira .
Coloque a massa folhada e pique o fundo com ajuda de um garfo.
Coloque os pessegos laminados no fundo .
Mistures todos os ingredientes e envolva tudo muito bem.
Verta a preparação por cima dos pessegos e leve ao forno durante 25 minutos.
Quando estiver loirinha retire do fonro e deixe arrefecer, leve a tarte ao figorifico até ao momentode servir.
Antes de servir polvilhe a tarte com açucar glace.
