Mango & banana smoothie:


Ingredients:
½ ripe mango
2 bananas
200ml natural yogurt
1 tsp honey
50ml milk
100ml ice
Instruction:
Peeled mango, stone removed and flesh roughly chop
ped.
Put all the ingredients (including the ice if using) in a liquidiser and whizz until smooth.
Check the taste, adding a little more honey if you need it.
