Ingredientes:
Massa:
-250 gr.de farinha
-1ovo
-75 gr.de açucar
-100 gr.de manteiga magra
-2 c.(de sopa)de àgua fria
-Manteiga e açucar em po q.b.
Recheio:
-4 ovos
-1 lata de leite condensado
-1 limão(sumo)
-½ vagem de baunilha
-3 c.(de sopa)de coco ralado
Preparação:
Misture os ingredientes da massa, envolva bem e deixe repousar, durante 15 minutos.
Ligue o forno a 200°C e unte uma tarteira com manteiga.
Estenda a massa e utilize-a para forrar a tarteira.
Apare as pontas.
Cubra a massa com papel vegetal e sobreponha algumas leguminosas secas.
Leve ao forno por dez minutos.
Retire e reserve.
Prepare o recheio:
Envolva os ovos com o leite condensado, o sumo de limão, a vagem de baunilha e o coco.
Leve ao lume, em banho maria, por quatro minutos para engrossar.
Retire a vagem e verta o creme na tarteira.
Leve ao forno por 35 minutos.
Sirva a tarte fria polvilhada de açucar em po.
