Ingredientes:
- 1 copo de arroz por pessoa
- 1/2 pacote de polpa de tomate
- 1 cebola média
- azeite q.b.
- 1 lata de 8 salsichas
Preparação:
Picar a cebola e alourar com o azeite. Deixar alourar até estar quase transparente.
Juntar a polpa de tomate, deixar refogar 2/3 minutos. Acrescentar água suficiente para a cozedura do arroz.
Juntar as salsichas cortadas em finas fatias. Deixar cozer até ferver, para tomar o gosto.
Adicionar o arroz e deixar cozer.
E já está, simples, prático e saboroso!
