Ingredientes :
- 1 costeleta por pessoa
- 2 laranjas
- 1 cebola
- 1 colher de café de ervas de provincia
- 1 colher de sopa de margarina
- sal e pimenta
Preparação :
Numa certa colocar a margarina , quando esta derretida, juntar-lhe as costeletas a grelhar em lume brando até dourarem dos dois lados.
Entretanto cortar a cebola em laminas e reservar.
Com ajuda de um descascador ( das batatas) descascar a pela das laranjas, corta-las em laminas finas ( como pode ver na foto ) e reserve.
Retire o sumo das laranjas e reserve.
Quando as costeletas estiverem bém douradas de ambos os lados, retira-las da certa , coloca-las num prato e reservar.
Na mesma certa coloque a cebola a dourar durante 3 minutos, adicione as laminas de laranja e deixe cozinhar pelo menos 3 a 5 mn.
Verter o sumo das laranjas na certa, tempere com sal, pimenta e ervas de provincia.
Misture tudo muito bem e junte as costeletas reservadas a esta marinada.
Baixe o lume ao minimo.
Cubra a certa com um testo e deixe cozinhar 30 minutos sem esquecer de virar as costeletas de vez em quanto.
No final do tempo o sumo de laranja deve ficar reduzido a metade.
Servir as costeletas bem quentes e cobertas com o molho de laranja.
