Ingredientes:
-batatas
-salchisas
- Fiambre
- Queijo relado
-1 lata de Queijo fresco
- Margarina
Preparação:
Cortar as batatas as rodelas e reservar, cortar o fiambre ãos quadrados e reservar, nas salchisas tirar a pele , cortalas as rodelas e reservar.
Numa travessa que possa ir ao forno, barrar o fundo com maragarina colocar uma camada de batatas,cobrilas de quijo fresco (meio liquido) de seguida colocar o fiambre, e as salchisas, depois
o queijo relado e por ultimo mais uma camada de queijo fresco, colocar o resto das batatas e acabar com mais uma camada de queijo fresco cobrir tudo muito bém, colocar umas colherzinhas a café de margarina por cima.
Levar ão forno brando pré-aquecido mais ão menos 2h quando estiver lourado por cima cobrir com aluminio e deixar ficar até cozer.
