Ingredients
- Coelho
- 1 lata de Cogumelos
- 1 pacote de béchamel
- Sal pimento e louro
- Clorau
- 1 copo de vinnho branco
- Salsa picada e ervas culinàrias
- 1 dente de alho
- Sumo de um limão
Preparação:
Temperar o Coelho com alho ,vinho branco, sal e pimenta, ervas e salsa, clorau, 1 colher de oleo da actifry e o louro, deixar marinar 2 horas antes de cozinhar.
Colocar o colho com a marinada na actifry e programar 30mn.
10 mn antes do fim do tempo juntar o crème béchamel com os cogumelos e o sumo de meio limão.
Deixar cozinhar até ao fim dos 30mn.
Acompanhamento ao gusto, eu acompanhei com batatas assadas no forno com molho de ervas
