- 1 coteleta por pessoa
- Amendoa ralada
- Amendoa fatiada
- 2 Ovos
- Sal e pimenta
- Limão
Preparação :
Temperar as costeletas 2 horas antes com sal , pimenta e limão, reservar.
Bater os dois ovos num
Num outro recipiente misturar a amendoa ralada com a amendoa fatiada.
Passar as costeletas por ovo e de seguida pela mistura de amendoa.
Levar uma certa ao lume para fritar as costeletas, quando estas bem douradinha, retirar e servir.
Eu acompanhei com um arrozinho de ervilhas com cenoura.
