Ingredientes:
- 1 costeleta por pessoa
- 1 ovo
- pão relado
- oleo Isio 4
- alho
-limão
- sal e pimenta
Preparação:
Temperar as costeletas com sal pimenta , sumo de limão e alho, deixar marinar pelo menos 1hora.
Dispor de um prato com pão ralado e outro com o ovo batido.
Passar as costeletas em primeiro pelo ovo e de seguida pelo pão ralado.
Levar a fritar numa certa com oleo.
