Ingredientes :
- 1 massa folhada
- 75 gr. De coco
- 2 ovos
- ananas cortada aos quadrados
- 80 gr. De açucar
- 1 caixa grande de creme fraiche
Preparação :
Barrar com margarina uma tarteira e polvilhar com farinha.
Colocar a
Misturar todos os ingredients e bater durante alguns minutes com a batedeira electrica.
Verter a preparação na tarteira.
Levar ao forno pré-aquecido durante 30mn até dourer.
Deixar arrefecer e levar ao figorifico até a hora de servir.
Atenção nao deixar dourar muito tem que ficar com um aspecto de quiche ( eu esquecime e ficou dourada demais )
